DEQ Change Foundation has began preparations to organize the 4th edition of its periodic training and development conference dubbed PROGRESSIVE SUMMIT.
The conference has been one of the programs that is propelling youth development on Nzemaland since it inception in 2013.
According to Mr. Francis K. Baidoo, who is the chairman of Planning Committee, the conference is scheduled to take place at Esiama Big Spoon Restaurant on September 22, 2019.
Describing the details of the 4th edition, the chairman revealed that the theme, “The Youth and Entrepreneurship”, will expose participants to requisites for business startups, strategies of nurturing business, prospects of the youth in the current entrepreneurial environment and etc.
Hinting on the prospective speakers for the conference, Mr Richfield Quarshie who is the Executive Director of the Foundation mentioned that talks are advanced with Dr. Bismark Mensah of University of Ghana, Ps Nana Nimako of SWGC, Mr. Jephthah Frimpong of Jephpong Pharma Ltd.
“We conducted a research on the 3rd edition and from that it became evident that the Foundation extends invitation to certain personalities as well, so we have initiated talks with John Dumelo, a seasoned actor and entrepreneur, and Kwame A Plus”, He said.
As at close of the month of June 2019, DEQ Change Foundation has completed partnership arrangement with three organization which are Professional Institute of Management and Technology Ghana (PIMT), GhstudentWallet and BankingHall24.
The Foundation has also revealed that tickets for the conference will be made available in July 2019.
