ORGANIZATIONAL RESTRUCTURING AND DEVELOPMENT

DEQ Change Foundation has progressed with its restructuring and development process and had
completed appointment of new Executive Council members. The Executive Council, which is the
management arm of the Foundation, has the responsibility of administering the activities and projects of the Foundation as well as performing any other duties assigned by the Board of Directors.

The following personalities have been appointed to serve as Executive Council members;

 Richfield A. Quarshie – Executive Director
 Matthew E. Danyi – Head of Communications
 Daniel Y. Biney – Head of Programs
 Daniel T. Amihere – Head of Projects
 Lilly Y. Kwofie – Finance Officer
 Michael K. Armah – Head of Associates/Volunteer

The appointments were made in compliance with the Foundation’s Policy Guidelines. The mandate of
the new Executive Council began on March 16, 2020.

The Board of Directors is therefore calling for absolute support and collaboration for the new Council
to facilitate the achievement of the Foundation’s vision. The commitment of DEQ Change Foundation to refine human potentials and revamp rural development is still pertinent to the overall development of Ghana and Africa.
